Bird radio is a collaborative project between the Belgian architect Aurike Quintelier and birds. The very first edition of bird radio will be broadcasten on April 12 at 17:00 from Björkö Konstnod in Sweden.
Bird radio is the publication of the project imwsts II (it matters what stories tell stories) (2023-2025)
'imwsts II' focuses on age-old birdhuman relations ; birdstories. Deeply rooted in multispecies environmental justice, it aims to amplify the interdependent bonds between humans and birds. In exchange for wool and seeds, birds go into dialogue, share their stories, opinions, that are broadcasted live into other - human - spaces.
